Never say never. None of us know what the future will bring but you will get sympathy and support here and many will confirm it is possible to leave and get family out as well. Vent away. You will find plenty of advise on how others succeeded too.
in most of latin america, and particularly in mexico, pinatas are a no no for jws.
normally used for kids birthdays and christmas parties, pinatas are simply known to be inapropiate among jws and associated with paganism.
as result you would never expect to see any of those spiritually dangerous monsters at a social gathering organized by a witness in good, medium, or even bad standing in the congregation because, why would you?!
At children's parties they are hung up and the child whacks it with a stick until it breaks and all the sweets fall out and then the rest of kids grab as many sweets as they can each.

Not only did she grow up and get married she had a daughter herself who also grew up and now my little girl will become a grandmother in June and I will become a great grandmother!!!
i've been thinking and here's what i've come up with.
correct me if i'm wrong, but in the bible does it not state that the word would have to be preached throughout the entire inhabited earth for a witness to all people and then the end would come?.
with the world being as vast as it is today, it would be practically impossible for the witnesses to speak to everyone in the world.
It doesn't make any sense to a rational thinking person. Some-one very clever worked out how many people would need to be visited by every currently living witness and I can't remember the figure but it was a stupid un-achievable number like a million each or something.
Plus they have just reduced the amount of hours each pioneer needs to maintain their title and rank but I don't suppose any active witnesses will even notice.
It could be why they have launched the jw.org as a place for non-witnesses to go and they can then count those numbers. Non-thinking dubs will be fooled once again.

i cannot remember when "new light" revealed the internet was ok for us dubs but was the wt really on it as early as 1999 and weren't they still saying it was satan's back then?.

i've deployed a fix for people affected by sign-in issues caused by having multiple accounts associated with the same email address.
here's how to activate the fix:.
you must attempt to sign in using the email address associated with your account (not a username) and must have access to that mailbox.. if there are multiple accounts associated with the email address then you will be shown a warning message with the option to have an email sent to repair your account.. the email will contain a link to a page showing all the accounts associated with the same email address and allow you to select the one you want to be active (it will disassociate all the other accounts from the email address).. once you have completed the process then you should be able to sign in as normal.

Had a look around and it is amazing Simon. I struggle with change but I love everything about the new site. It even is letting me type this on my phone!
